A lower per-credit rate only saves you money if you use enough of the allowance; unused monthly credits do not roll over. Studio adds a shared workspace for up to five members.
How do credits work?
Buy credits in a pack or receive them with a monthly plan. A photo enhancement, a targeted edit (up to 3 edits on one photo), and a virtual staging each cost 100 credits per photo. Advanced operations cost more: Photo to Video costs 400 credits per photo, so a one-photo clip is 400 credits and a 9-photo Listing Tour is 3,600 credits, and 3D virtual tours are 200–1000 credits. Buy credits in packs or get them monthly with a subscription.

Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Purchased credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase and carry over across billing periods.

How does Studio team billing work?
One workspace owner pays for Studio and controls billing. Editors create projects and use the owner's shared credit balance; reviewers can review and download results without changing projects or billing. Studio includes up to 5 total members (the owner plus four teammates) with no additional per-seat charge. Each teammate's personal workspace and personal billing stay separate.
What's the difference between the plans?
Every feature — image enhancement, targeted edits, virtual staging, video, 3D virtual tours, and custom watermarks — is available on every plan. What changes with higher tiers is monthly credit volume, a lower effective per-credit cost, priority email support (Professional and Studio), and a shared team workspace for up to 5 total members on Studio.
